Very pleasant when I first pulled up for regular service appointment! The service was accomplished very quickly! There was snacks and drinks provided while I was waiting! The service advisor met me in the w appointment! The service was accomplished very quickly! There was snacks and drinks provided while I was waiting! The service advisor met me in the waiting area and walked with me to sign for the service! He fully explained what was done and they no issues were noted during the service! Very professional! More

Had a rear brake job at MCM. The day after i noticed two brake emergency icons illuminated. Called the service center and was told to bring my Mazda back in. Icons were intermitt The day after i noticed two brake emergency icons illuminated. Called the service center and was told to bring my Mazda back in. Icons were intermittent so diagnosis was difficult. MCM gave me a loaner to take home so we wouldn’t have to wait for repairs. Super nice folks. More
