I went to BMW of Bridgewater to look at their selection of X5s. Unlike other BMW dealerships I’ve been to, I was immediately greeted by James when I walked into the entrance. James walked me over to discus of X5s. Unlike other BMW dealerships I’ve been to, I was immediately greeted by James when I walked into the entrance. James walked me over to discuss my needs, then took me to the lot to look over the vehicles. He didn’t try to sell me anything other than what I asked for. Also when we were discussing financing I experienced zero pressure. I was able to pick out the vehicle I wanted and while waiting to sign the paperwork, Devin (BMW Genius) did an amazing job showing me the tech features. To be honest, coming from a 22 m340i, this X5 is loaded with things I wouldn’t have even known to use if Devin hadn’t reviewed them with me. This was a great experience and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. More

The dealership houses expert staff and well maintained vehicles that exceed your expectations. Cameron was friendly, detailed and pointed out so many features of the car. He asked probing questions to identify what features were important for me to know and reminded me to reach out to him with any features of the car.
