The employees in parts and service were very helpful and attentive. A couple of suggestions though. Don’t have your sales staff greet the customer with “Hey man, what you here for? I turned my ram in earlier in the month and I’m still waiting on 3 items to be resolved for over 3 weeks now. My uconnect is jacked my truck was there for 4 days and was told they couldn’t get the softwa waiting on 3 items to be resolved for over 3 weeks now. My uconnect is jacked my truck was there for 4 days and was told they couldn’t get the software update because of download speed. Sounds kinda weird for a company that has broadband. Then the defrost module for the rear window had come detached and the solution was to order a whole new rear window versus Re Attaching the defrost module back to window. I knew I just should have driven the extra miles to Patterson in WF to see Henry who cares about his customers and would have had all this taken care of by now. My fault for choosing convenience over proven reliability. I’m a senior leader on Fort Sill and I will not be recommending any of my junior soldiers to visit Lawton Chrysler Jeep I will be sending them to Wichita Falls Patterson More
