I called and emailed several times to inquire about the car that I was interested in. After the initial call and email I decided I wanted to purchase the car and no one would respond to me or call me back car that I was interested in. Finally, I got in touch with John Wheeler and he took excellent care of me… but I shouldn’t have to work so hard to try and buy a car! More

James is amazing at his job and very respectful. We bought an X1---first new car in 10 years! We have never owned a BMW before, so this is all new territory for us.
