Everything was handled promptly and politely! However I went in for a emissions system problem. Our van worked well for a few weeks and the light is back on again. Went in with an Oil Change, came out with new Break Pads. I felt very informed the entire time my vehicle was in the shop. I was made aware that my breaks were not in super keen condition which was nice that I felt very informed the entire time my vehicle was in the shop. I was made aware that my breaks were not in super keen condition which was nice that they checked everything on the vehicle instead of worrying about the oil change only. I would recommend this place for any services you need! More

Came in for service, and James Pinc was great. Down to Earth, knowledgeable, and cared. I’m used to Valvoline, so I was surprised how long it took, but the added car wash was appreciated! I have been coming to Brookdale Honda for 15 years and always had good service, But this visit I had a new guy, and was very dissatisfied with my service. I had the "B" service with oil change and he cam always had good service, But this visit I had a new guy, and was very dissatisfied with my service. I had the "B" service with oil change and he came and told me I needed 2 new air filters, which they had already taken out, because I saw them, so he told me it would be 30.00$ for one, and 30. Some, for the other one. So I said yes. Imagine my surprise, when I got to the desk to pay, when he charged me another 69.00$, to put the filters in!! Which he never told me about!!! More
