My Sales Consultant, Joe Gulino was phenomenal as were his customer service skills and follow up. At all times I felt like he was my advocate and truly had my best interests in mind. Kelly Nissan of Woburn sold me a car they knew was badly damaged from accident. The car pulls to the right side of any road at every time. The right side tires leak air constantly from these accidents. A damaged from accident. The car pulls to the right side of any road at every time. Refused to fix it within 45 days warranty and 'gave me an alignment' instead. The car has less than 1500 miles on it from time of purchase. I have photos of all body panel gaps and damage that was 'explained away' on the day of sale. Dan is a really terrible person. I knew I should have listened to myself on the day of purchase - strong sleazy liar vibes. More

In-store, we talked with Jomar, who was patient with us (as it was the first time we were buying a car from a dealership), and took all our helpful.
