We first contacted Putnam Chrysler Dodge Jeep Kia via email on 2/29/12. We had done our homework and knew exactly what car (2012 Kia Sorento, Limited and Premium Packages) we wanted. We contacted a num email on 2/29/12. We had done our homework and knew exactly what car (2012 Kia Sorento, Limited and Premium Packages) we wanted. We contacted a number of dealers on the same day. We said we were ready to buy if the price was right. (We had heard about Putnam through a stranger who was very happy with his purchase and experience.) Jimmy Rivera responded promptly to the email, and then was able to "sharpen the pencil" even more, and to our complete satisfaction. Jimmy agreed to stay at the dealership to wait for us to get there to sign on the dotted line and put down a deposit, even though he knew we would not arrive until after closing. (We live an hour away, and were in the middle of a snowstorm!) Upon our arrival, Mike Pillsbury greeted us immediately and wasted no time in offering us coffee, which he then brought to us. Even though we knew exactly what car we wanted and did not need to be sold on it, Jimmy and Mike Tallman took considerable time talking with us and answering all our questions without ever making us feel rushed. (After all, it was well past closing by this point.) In subsequent phone calls our questions were answered fully, or our calls were returned promptly. On the day we were to take delivery, all paperwork was ready and waiting. Mike Kavorkian was gracious and patient as we navigated the red tape involved in financing and taking ownership of the car. Rawls then secured the necessary tools to free up our stubbornly rusted license plate screws from the license plate frame of the car we were transferring the reg from. Jimmy spent all the time necessary familiarizing us with the intricate workings of the car and helped us sync our cell phones to the bluetooth system. And, last but not least, the "look" of the dealership was the most friendly and "homey" that we can recall. Just an all-around pleasant and painless experience. More

Was looking around for a new vehicle for an expanding family. Contacted Putnam Chrysler using thier internet link and Mr. Rivera contacted me back in no time. Mr. Rivera not only asked what I was looking family. Contacted Putnam Chrysler using thier internet link and Mr. Rivera contacted me back in no time. Mr. Rivera not only asked what I was looking for but wanted to no why I was looking for a certain model so he could show me all my options. When I got to the dealership Mr. Rivera had our familys new Grand Caravan ready to go. This was the best experience I've had with a dealership in my many dealings. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Jim Rivera is a great salesman. He has full knowledge of the product that he is selling and the patients answer all my questions. This is the second vehicle that I have bought from Jim in the last 6 months the product that he is selling and the patients answer all my questions. This is the second vehicle that I have bought from Jim in the last 6 months and in the future I would be happy to purchase another one when the time comes. I have had 2 oil changes on my Sorento so far and a new windshield put in due to a stone cracking it. No matter what the reason that I have gone to the dealership, I walk away comfortable in the knowledge that I have been treated fairly and with respect. More

I came in looking for a newer car then what I was driving. Jimmy was very helpful and showed me a few choices and helped me through the whole process. I was really happy with the Putman Dodge and Jimmy. I had a great experience in the test drive of a brand new 2011 Charger R/T. Jimmy was extremely helpful in working a fair deal for the car, and I ende had a great experience in the test drive of a brand new 2011 Charger R/T. From the moment I walked through the door I was met with friendliness and a sense of ease that felt more like visiting a friend than purchasing a car. I was asked if I had ever been there before, and when friendliness and a sense of ease that felt more like visiting a friend than purchasing a car. I was asked if I had ever been there before, and when I replied that I hadn't, I was treated with a tour of the facility and introduced to several people working there. I came with an idea of what I wanted, but really just had it narrowed down to a few cars I was looking at. Jimmy provided me with the information I was seeking without making me feel as though I was being pushed into anything, rather simply directing me to exactly what it was I wanted. Once a decision was made, I was introduced to Tim, who was unlike any sales manager I've ever met. He seemed most focused on my experience, asked if I was satisfied with my selection, and whether or not I had any questions. I was most impressed by his friendly demeanor and the professionalism of his approach. The whole sales process was handled very well, a friend of mine had recommended the dealership, and I must say that my expectations were exceeded in every possible way. I never felt like their focus was on making the sale, rather, creating a customer experience that sold the place all on its own. I'll purchase my next car there and I recommend the place to everyone I know. More

The entire experience with Putnam Kia was excellant. The atmosphere in the dealership is very friendly. There is a knack for making someone feel like an old friend and the staff at Putnam Kia nailed it. I have already told many friends about my experience and a few may be going to the dealership to do business.
