BY far the easiest and friendliest experience. Everyone was so accommodating and efficient. I felt right at home and at ease during the entire process. Jim Satalino was especially helpful and knowledgeable. I will only buy from him from now on. This was an overall great experience because of the people I worked with.

I have purchased 3 cars from Gates already and have sent five of my friends to buy cars as well. Every single time I have gone, or someone that I have sent they are more than happy. We have all given repeat business. Anyone can do something well once...but to be great every time and continue to improve is amazing. I will only buy a car here.

I would recommend this dealer because the entire staff is very welcoming not pushy. Gates Nissan makes the process of purchasing a car enjoyable. They really work with the customer to get you a car that works well for you. They treat you like a friend rather than a sale. Atmosphere very inviting.

Had a great experience! Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! They were not pushy at all which is always a huge plus. We are sending our brother-in law here because we know he will get the best customer service!! We will definitely be buying our next car from Gates!

Gates GMC Nissan by far has been the most pleasant buying experience I have had in my lifetime. We have bought more than 15 cars over the years. Their number 1 and there sister dealership, Columbia Ford, being number 2.
Everybody and everything was perfect. Professional, nice, intelligent salespeople and managers. No pressure and no slick or underhanded moves. The owner himself was involved and he made things happen. A pleasure to deal with.
The facility is spotless.(as is Columbia Ford too) Speaking of which, their car wash next door is worth the trip. No other car wash makes my car look so good as this one.

You can eat off the floor in their garage. Not one tool left out at the end of the day. Everything freshly painted. Neat and orderly. Paperwork, files, everything neat and in its proper place. And I notice everything. I have yet to meet anyone who wasn't friendly and courteous.
It's refreshing to see old fashioned work & business ethics. They will have my business as long as we are still in Ct.

Thank you to the entire Gates team! This is by far our best car purchasing experience. We came to Gates because of Ryan Lapierre, but we have even more reasons to come back in the future after seamlessly working with James Satalino and Nick Truax as well.
