This is the best Nissan dealer we have ever talked to buy a car. Normally, Nissan has very fine cars; yet, Nissan deals and their sales and finance representatives are notoriously terrible. Surprisingly, this time our experience at Carson Nissan is very pleasant. Thank you.

I'm new at making big decisions so I was completely blank when I showed up. I was not pressured nor rushed. Both Ramon and James were extremely patient and helpful. I'm hard to please and difficult to convince, but I was satisfied. I recommend both of them to anyone who is interested in purchasing a car. Lisa narrowed everything down for me and made it clear and was also really nice and helpful.

Greetings…

My name is James Sutton… I went out on this past weekend, “Black Friday,” with the intent to purchase a pre-owned vehicle… I had hoped that shopping on this weekend would enable me to get a great deal on my purchase… My appeal had been towards the popular Hyundai Sonata and that was what I was looking for…

After taking my sister to LAX, I noticed the Carson Nissan signs from the southbound 405 freeway… Although I was looking to see the Sonata, I decided to look at Nissan because I had previously owned, and Loved, a Nissan Maxima…

Initially I met Ethaniel Baxter, a sales associate, who came out to see if he could help me…

We looked at several cars and I drove the 2013 Nissan Altima… It was a really nice car… But after meeting DJ and James, two “closer” sales consultants, I recognized that the pricing was more than I wanted to spend… And I was looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle…

I expressed that before making a decision my goal was to drive a Sonata for my own comparison…

James suggested that I drive their car to see the Sonata, so that’s what Ethaniel and I did…

The Sonatas were nice cars, but the Nissans felt significantly “tighter,” and most of all the transmission gear changes were transparent and unnoticeable with the Nissans…

Although the pricing for the pre-owned Sonata had my attention, I knew I liked the Nissans…

Upon the return to Carson Nissan, Ethaniel and I looked at a 2011 Altima, which is the car I ended up purchasing…

Ethaniel had taken a great deal of time with me (to the chagrin of others) and I told him he was earning his money that day…

I am grateful for Ethaniel’s help!!! We both learned a lot during this transaction and again... Ethaniel did a Great Job!!!

Carson Nissan is the best. the are so friendly and professional I enjoyed the attentiveness when doing business with each individual and I love my car even More its perfect.

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience with Cliff! He was accommodating and down to earth! No high pressure sales tactics! Was extremely friendly and we felt comfortable sharing some of our less endearing credit issues! He never once treated us any differently! Made sure the car was up to specs....full tank of gas and detailed! Since our financing took a little longer than most....he even went out to grab us dinner on the house! Let's just say when we are ready for the next car, we will go to Cliff! When it was time for the big guns......we were able to have another pleasant experience with James....straight shooter tell it like it is! Then to complete our adventure.....we got to work with Lisa! We got some added perks with some creative financing and we felt like human beings! They all worked really hard for us and we are truly grateful to have been able to work with a great team! Thank you so much for your dedication!

Carson Nissan is fantastic, because right when we walked in, they warmly welcomed us. And since it was a hot summer day, they provided us with bottles of cold water and a bit of buttered popcorn. They had workers that spoke English and Chinese which make it easier for us to communicate with them. They patiently taught us how to use the new car. Overall, the workers are very professional and friendly. I really recommend others to go there.

no pressure from salesman ramon, and james worked with us to get the best possible deal within our budget. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. drove away in a great new car. Overall a great experience, would highly rate the dealership, ramon and james.

Customer service was much better than other nissan dealers I have visited this past week, who saw me as a young girl they didnt want to take seriously instead of a customer willing to pay for a very expensive purchase. I did want a specific feature in my car (light grey interiors instead of black) that both sales people refused existed at first, even when I explained that i test drove that same car with it not long ago, all they had to say was "of course I am not going to argue with you, the customer is always right." I felt they could have at least tried to help me find that, since that is what I wanted. Other than that, they were good to haggle with on the price, I got what i wanted, John went above and beyond to get my car that was located somewhere other than the lot at the office, and Lisa didnt try to talk me into things I did not want, she was great to work with expecially since they all stayed so late, an hour after closing to get me my car. :)

We rate them all 5's! if we could rate them all 100's we would best experience on buying a car very informative no haggling, very honest!! Great deal on NEW Nissan Versa!!! We were soooo pleased with everyone and recommend this dealership to all our friends and family..... We LOVE our new car thank you !!!
