Buying fromHampton Toyota was a great experience. I was in and out in an afternoon. The staff was incredibly helpful and my salesman, Blake, made the purchase incredibly easy. On June 30, 2022, I purchased a vehicle from Hampton Toyota. When I initially contacted Hampton about purchasing a vehicle, they were very responsive. Blake Hebert, the salesman, was professional and fr Toyota. When I initially contacted Hampton about purchasing a vehicle, they were very responsive. Blake Hebert, the salesman, was professional and friendly. After they got my signature on the paperwork, they refused to talk to me or return my calls when I had questions and needed help. Blake being a salesman unfortunately cannot help with the issues I am having. When I ask to speak to a manager, they say they do not have one. After having my car for two weeks, I got caught in a rainstorm and rain started pouring into the car from the windshield. When speaking to someone in the service department about it, I simply got this response “Well you bought a used car”. They make you sign all this paperwork that protects them, but what protects me from issues like this that they do not disclose to you when purchasing the vehicle. I do not believe that with all the rain we were getting while this car sat on their lot that they did not notice wet carpet and the mat filling up with water because this is what I experienced that first day I got caught in the rain. I cannot believe that Hampton Toyota would treat a customer, who just spent thousands of dollars at their business, like this. Now I cannot take my car out in the rain which we have been getting a lot of lately. Just imagine being at work and having to find an awning to move your car under or having to leave work early because the inside of your car is getting wet or your husband having to come swap out the car for the truck. It has been very frustrating and on top of that no one at Hampton will talk to us about this. I believe they changed the windshield because our salesman commented that they will change windshields when there is a crack in them. The windshield looks brand new. The Carfax did not show that the previous owners changed the windshield, but I know it was changed from talking to someone at Louisiana Auto Collision who told us that it is not a factory windshield. Hampton Toyota does not care about their customers once they get your signature. They just want your money. Don’t try to go over there to handle an issue either because they will call the police on you. This happened to us after only being there about five minutes and trying to resolve an issue with them that stemmed again from them refusing to talk to us over the phone. Voices were raised on both sides, so we asked to speak in a private room, but they refused to even talk about the issues. All I want is for Hampton Toyota to fix the issue with the windshield that was not done right by them to begin with or pay to have it fixed. More

Literally for years I’ve been dreaming of having a 4Runner of my own! We also needed something third row to accommodate a growing family. We even decided to make it interesting and tow along our two y 4Runner of my own! We also needed something third row to accommodate a growing family. We even decided to make it interesting and tow along our two young (5 and 2) and cranky children and these guys didn’t skip a beat making sure they took care of all of us. Blake was super friendly and really did everything he could for us. He was patient and determined to help us find our 4Runner. He has such a positive attitude and keeps working with you until he makes sure he’s done everything he could for you! Thank you to Jami his sales manager who worked with us and made our purchase happen smoothly and quickly with no issues! Also, thank you to the finance department for getting the balling rolling for us and making things possible! Lastly, thank you to Kyle from finance as well who helped us close the deal and even helped us keep the kids calm and entertained so we could get everything done!
