Me and my wife's excellent adventure!!!! I came into Bettenhausen looking for a vehicle (a Jeep Cherokee to be exact) for my wife. On our initial visit (Saturday, Aug. 27) we met with Jamie a I came into Bettenhausen looking for a vehicle (a Jeep Cherokee to be exact) for my wife. On our initial visit (Saturday, Aug. 27) we met with Jamie and showed her a Jeep that my wife was very interested in. We test drove the vehicle, came back and crunch some numbers. Jamie gave us an estimate of what the monthly payments would look like. My wife didn't feel comfortable with the amount so Jamie was nice enough to show us a different vehicle with many of the bells and whistles that my wife wanted. After looking at it, and ultimately test driving it, we decided to sleep on it and come back Monday. On Monday, August 29 we met with Jamie again and my wife will still undecided between the two vehicles, the Jeep Cherokee Limited and the Jeep Cherokee Latitude. She was leaning towards the Latitude but REALLY wanted the Limited as it had a few more off the things she wanted in a truck. While we compared the two, Jamie was very patient and answered ALL the questions my wife and I had regarding the vehicles themselves and payments. She was very thorough in explaining everything to us and did not rush us on making a decision. My wife finally decided that the Limited would be worth the extra money as she was getting what she wanted, and so that is the Jeep that we went with. I would definitely refer anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to Jamie and/or Bettenhausen. The customer service was superb and Jamie want above and beyond. We are definitely satisfied customers. More

Best Car Buying Experience This was the best dealership in terms of service, selection, and price. I had a great experience with buying a new Jeep Wrangler from Jamie. I definitely recommend this dealership and Jamie when buying a Wrangler as she was extremely attentive and patient throughout the entire process. Bettenhausen definitely figured out how to sell cars with their no commission, no pressure sales methodology. I came to the dealership with expectations of getting a good deal and left happier with an even better price and package than I had hoped for. 10 out of 10, for sure. More

Best experience of my car buying journey. A++ to Jamie Kwak I was car shopping for about 3 months, which included several visits to Jeep dealerships in the Chicago land area. Bettenhausen was the farthest from I was car shopping for about 3 months, which included several visits to Jeep dealerships in the Chicago land area. Bettenhausen was the farthest from me which is why I it took me a while to stop in for a test drive. I truly wish I started here as it was the best experience a car buyer could wish for. I worked with Jamie Kwak, who was not only incredibly friendly, but unbelievably knowledgeable about various cars, specifically Jeeps. Jamie took the time to get to know me and understand what I was really looking for in a car as compared to my experiences at other dealers where I felt like a number, and not an important customer. With Jamie's help I was able to test drive a variety of Jeeps, and ultimately drove my dream Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. When I first drove the car I was upset because based on the pricing of other dealers I was under the impression the Jeep I was driving and drooling over was out of my price range. I returned to the dealership from the test drive and after a few minutes of discussing financing options with Jamie, to my shocking surprise, I was informed that their price was MUCH lower than the 4 other dealers gave me prices on. Jamie also worked with me on financing and all other areas I had questions on. Please keep in mind, the other dealerships haggled with me for quite some time, and after a good hour of pricing, their prices were outrageous. The Trailhawk at Bettenhause was priced better than the others, AND came with more upgraded options than I could have wished for. To make a lengthy review a bit shorter, anyone looking to buy a Jeep should go to Bettenhausen first. Take my word for it, the others will not even come close to matching their price. I cannot vouch for other sales personnel at Bettenhausen, but I can surely vouch for Jamie. Jamie Kwak has become a name that I am not going to forget, and am recommending to anyone I know looking for a good car buying experience. - I purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. More

Service dept I was referred to your service department by one of your sales managers, Jamie Kwak. My VW had been leaking oil badly, and not only did the VW dealership not fix it correctly, but charged me over a grand to do so. I was met with nothing less than exceptional customer and mechanical service from Bettenhausen--from Jamie helping me set everything up, to Rob Adams taking time out of his day to see exactly what was wrong with my Jetta, Tony Gibson for fixing my car (in record time!) and Jake B. and Joseph Prno keeping me updated on everything...I cannot say enough. I would have paid double what VW charged me for the service I received, yet I only paid a fraction! The quality of work, met with the outstanding team work and dedication of the employees--there is no other dealership to go to other than Bettenhausen!! More
