I had I saw Jamie K. at the Jeep Bettenhausen dealership in Orland Park. It was the best service I've ever recieved when it comes to car dealerships. I had some things come up and I had specific requirments for the type of car I was looking for. For about 2 weeks, Jamie sent me information for any used cars that came onto the lot and had me come in to test drive each one. I had my heart set on a Dodge Dart and she was able to find one that was in my price range and exactly what i was looking for. She was very patient with me abd completely accomadating! I am so happy with my new car and I cannot thank her enough for all of her help. If you're going to buy a new car I suggest you go visit Jamie because she will take great care of you. More

I’m one who does not like to waste my time and do not want to cheated ever on price! Needless to say that was not the case at Bettenhausen Jeep! Chad Simon, Manger and his sales team at Bettenhausen TOP NOTCH. You walk in and they treat you like family. I was able to get into my Jeep Wrangler 2016 within an hour! The reason why the process was painless and quick was because I knew what I wanted, knew my credit, down payment and worked with Jamie Kwak. I like most had a fear and dreaded dealerships. Prior to stepping foot on the lot, I spoke to Jamie about my want for a Jeep and gave her my negotiables and nonnegotiables. Jamie took what information I gave her and went out of her way on a daily basis to work with me on a payment and vehicle that I was comfortable with. For every question I had, she had a straight no BS answer. Before I left, Rick walked me through every inch of my vehicle with great detail! It wasn’t just okay thanks for your business, here are you keys and be on your way. He did not let me leave the dealership until I was comfortable with Jeep. Me and my Wrangler are now inseparable. We took just about 3.5 hours of her time; she was patient and had an adorable sense of humor! Bettenhausen is lucky to have that girl working for them! A true gem! The guys did a great job detailing it perfectly so we were able to pull off a great surprise for our 19 year old daughter. Wish I took their names down to show our appreciation. Great Job everyone! I can not find enough positive words to describe our experience at Bettenhausen and with Jamie our salesperson. We hadn't purchased a vehicle for awhile and things have changed quite a bit. Jamie walked us thru each and every turn with genuine interest and concern. We never moved to the next page till she was sure we understood the one we were on. She NEVER pushed us on any level! Most car salesmen can be aggressive or insistent. With Jamie and Bettenhausen I felt like I was entertaining friends and family in my living room! From the time I walked in, Jamie put me at ease by saying the prices are what they are and the employees don't make commission. I found my next new car in only a few minutes. She knew the inventory and where the cars were. It was just her and I and no "I have to check with my manager". She looked up my trade in price on the computer while I watched. No shady moves at all! We agreed on everything and I left with confidence knowing that I got an excellent car at an excellent price. I will send my friends and family to Bettenhausen. More
