Great dealership, Fantastic experience! I purchased a 2014 KIA Soul from Ricart Kia on 3-22-14 for my wife. I am a senior and I have purchased several vehicles over the years and usually I purchased a 2014 KIA Soul from Ricart Kia on 3-22-14 for my wife. I am a senior and I have purchased several vehicles over the years and usually the experience is anxiety provoking, however, it was light years from that at Ricart. I never thought that I would fill out a review as positive as this one about a automotive dealership, but I am and I am doing so very sincerely. I worked primarily with Matt Kanppi and Jason Motter both of which impressed me with their kind, courteous, and professional approach. Jason was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and addressed all of my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. Matt worked diligently with me in completing a purchase which pleased me and was fantastic to work with. Although we liked the car they are the main reason I purchased it from Ricart. I have never been more impressed in a dealership than with Ricart KIA. In addition to Matt and Jason, I talked to four other members of the Ricart staff and they were all extremely nice to me and my wife. Ricart is very fortunate to have a staff that represents them as well as those that I dealt with. Also I cannot end without commenting on the dealership itself..........all I can say is wow! I have never seen a dealership as huge and as professionally tuned as Ricart. The icing on the cake was when I received a e-mail Video from the General sales Manager, Shea Sohovich, thanking me and offering any future assistance that I might need. The only thing I wish that I could change is....I wish that I could rate them much, much higher than this review allows for. More

I bought my car at ricart kia. Joined the VIP Service Club. It took 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. I bought the full synthetic package. This includes 6 oil changes and 6 deluxe car washes to be u Club. It took 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. I bought the full synthetic package. This includes 6 oil changes and 6 deluxe car washes to be used in two years. I got my car serviced in August of 2013. In October I noticed my car was acting sluggish. I went to my local Valvoline Oil Change shop. Ricarts Tech did not tighten my oil plug. I was leaking oil and starting to run low. I've tired to call them. I left a message for the manager of service. They are too big too care. You call and you get people who don't know how to solve any problems. On top of that with the VIP club your supposed to get discounts on parts. When you look at your bill they don't print the full price and your discounted price. Ricart doesn't care that I bought my car there and a service tech doesn't know how to tighten an oil plug. There is a Hugh disconnect between staff and management. More

During the past decade, my wife and I have leased or purchased nine vehicles from "another auto dealership." In November 2011, I was helping my son, Ryan, find a new car. We met Ricart Product Special purchased nine vehicles from "another auto dealership." In November 2011, I was helping my son, Ryan, find a new car. We met Ricart Product Specialist, Bob Tackett, and a short time later, Ryan drove off in his dream car, a 2012 Kia Forte Koup SX. I remembered that great car buying experience and decided to return to Ricart in search of a car for my wife, Peggy and daughter, Jennifer. We were advised that Mr. Tackett had retired but that Product Specialist, Brett Geiger, would help us. Brett immediately proceeded to show us all of the Kia and Hyundai models that best suited our needs and budgets. Brett's pleasant personality, low key sales approach and expert knowledge of Kia and Hyundai cars, allowed us to decide upon the best choices. We then met with Aaron Madry regarding financing. Aaron quickly worked out auto leases that fit within our budgets. Business Manager, Janda Beresford, completed all of the paperwork in record time. Matt Kamppi followed up to ensure we received gas and service discount coupons. Thanks to all of the professionals at Ricart Kia / Hyundai, my wife has a 2013 Kia Sorento LX; my daughter and grandaughter have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and my son has his Kia Forte. I spoke to Hatfield KIA first and told them to give me there best price up front. They came back with a price nowhere close to what I was willing to pay. I counter offered left the dealership and told the there best price up front. They came back with a price nowhere close to what I was willing to pay. I counter offered left the dealership and told them to call me the next day after they sharpened there pencil. They called me the next day and gave me another price a little lower but still not where I wanted it. I email Ricart and got a price from one email that was $2000 less than Hatfield’s best price. I called Ricart KIA location and told them where I wanted to be. He told me to come on down and they would see what they could do. I meet with Rollin after I arrived and gave him the price I wanted. He took it to the finance department and that was it. I offered to pay the dealer fee, title and tag out of my pocket and they gave me the car for the price I wanted to pay. The best car buying experience that I have ever had! You have a customer for life! Plus it doesn’t hurt that you have a huge selection and just about every manufacturer on the planet in one place! My family and I were extremely impressed with every aspect of the purchase of our new Kia Forte SX Koup. I live about two hours away; but starting the process online helped narrow down the vehicle opt aspect of the purchase of our new Kia Forte SX Koup. I live about two hours away; but starting the process online helped narrow down the vehicle options; identify the costs/discounts; and allowed me to communicate with Shea to determine the terms of the loan. Once at the dealership lot, Joseph Eddy had the vehicle waiting for me at the door and we took it for a test drive. I was majorly impressed with the layout of the Ricart lots and variety of options available. Joseph Eddy was extremely personable and made my son and his friend feel very much a part of the experience. Shea made an effort to stop by and introduce himself to all of us. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Joseph would quote times and details of each step in the process and he was very accurate in his time allotments. He told me it would take about 5 mins to evaluate my trade-in; and I could have set my watch by him. I have already told a bunch of people how impressed I was with this dealership. I feel because of their volume and capacity, they don't have to use trickery or deceit to sell a vehicle. They were very straight-forward and very informative. Joseph was patient and very knowledgeable of not only the car/brand that I purchased, but of any brand we discussed with him (in general conversation). My son has also said that when he is ready to purchase a vehicle, he will be going back to Ricart and Joseph Eddy. I am also very impressed with the Kia brand in general. The warranty that they provide shows me that they have confidence in their product. That made me feel good knowing I was purchasing something that had value and quality. I don't like searching for vehicles or worrying with all the details of purchasing a vehicle. So, once my son found the vehicle online and I approved of it, it was nice that the deal went through so smoothly so I didn't have to worry with all of the minor details. More

I stopped into Ricart to see about possibly purchasing a new Kia, and a couple of hours later I was out the door in a new Kia Soul. My salesman (Joe Eddy) was very knowledgeable about my model, as well as a new Kia, and a couple of hours later I was out the door in a new Kia Soul. My daughter and I were greeted by Jeff Baumgardner as soon as we got out of the car. I was looking for a Kia Soul, he immediately took us over to look at them and started explaining everything in detail. soon as we got out of the car. Inside the car, the hidden compartments in the trunk, outside of the car, etc., he was very thorough. I had been to four other dealerships in northeast Ohio over a three week period and never received the warm reception as I did at Ricart's. Everyone was so professional yet friendly. Never felt pressured into purchasing a car but knew that is what I wanted to do anyway. I commented to my daughter several times what a difference it was going to someplace where everyone knows their specific job and is well informed. I didn't get that at a couple of other places I visited while hunting for a car. I was very impressed and have told several people about the treatment I received and how wonderful it was to find the exact car I was looking for, at a price I could afford. I had a great experience with Ricart Kia while purchasing my 2012 Kia Optima EX Premium. I knew exactly what I was looking for and Jeremy Harr did a great job of following up with me periodically and informe my 2012 Kia Optima EX Premium. I knew exactly what I was looking for and Jeremy Harr did a great job of following up with me periodically and informed me when new Optimas came in and were available. Once I actually found the Optima I wanted, sales manager Jeremy Young worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted out of my trade in and the payment that I wanted. The experience was smooth to get the deal I wanted and Janda made finalizing the paperwork extremely quick and easy to get me on my way. There was no pressure in the sales process and everyone was a "Delight" to work with. Will definitely recommend Jeremy Harr to anyone I know in the market a new Kia, Hyundia, or Nissan from Ricart.
