Could not be happier with Ziad Abdelmassih and Jared Neff. They both went above and beyond as far as my experience was concerned. I had purchased a Subaru from Faulkner in 2013 and did not get the qua Neff. They both went above and beyond as far as my experience was concerned. I had purchased a Subaru from Faulkner in 2013 and did not get the quality of service then that I did this time. Nothing was explained back in 2013 as it was this time. Really appreciate the one on one service for explaining all the new technology on the car. Please keep up the good work. More

I first had contact with SEAN while I was on a service visit and checking out your lot while waiting for my car. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of my questions even though I wa visit and checking out your lot while waiting for my car. When it became time for a replacement, I found his card and contacted him. He was prompt in responding and thru several changes was able to get me to the car that met my needs.
