My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
I gave Jason Brown a 5 across the board, as he is knowledgeable, friendly, and he never tries to oversell any services. I always request Jason when I need routine maintenance, as I know that he will provide me with the excellent service I have come to expect from Audi North Scottsdale. I think what I appreciate the most is that Jason always remembers me when I come in. He knows my name and my car, which is quite refreshing.

My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Audi North Scottsdale. To say I am pleased with their dealership is a huge understatement. They have literally become my go to car dealer and I wouldn't work with anyone else. I have never liked purchasing new cars. The high pressure sales tactics made me want to go home and shower. Brad Burnham at Audi North Scottsdale has changed the experience for me. His no pressure, fully informed, laid back sales style is excellent. He answers the questions I have and provides me with the information I'm looking for. He's not just looking at the sale. Brad truly wants a satisfied customer who will become part of the Audi family. If you're not happy, he's not happy. I highly recommend anyone looking for an Audi to work with Brad. There is no one better.

The service department at ANS is top-notch as well. I have worked with Jason on my first vehicle and will do the same with this one. Jason's comprehensive knowledge of my car makes everything go right the first time. I'm in and out of service when maintaining the car and I've never had any issue. If there's a problem, they take care of it. If I need to speak with someone, I call Jason direct for the information. With Jason and Brad as a team there is absolutely no reason for an unsatisfied customer.

I know buying a new car from another dealer can be a horrible experience. I highly recommend Audi North Scottsdale and specifically Brad Burnham to make your next car buying experience an awesome one! Once you're part of the family, you won't go anywhere else.

My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
Audi N. Scottsdale…”where everybody knows my name.”

I wanted to take 5 minutes and post my appreciation & gratefulness to the SCOTTSDALE AUDI team regarding my recent new car purchase: Audi 2011 A5. The car itself is amazing, but for me – the deciding factor were the people who helped get me into the driver seat: BRAD BURNHAM, JASON BROWN, and TARA PRICE. There truly are no weak links at this dealership!

This is my 2nd new car purchase with Audi N. Scottsdale. It was the service & friendship that JASON BROWN provided over the past 9 yrs that ultimately sealed the deal for this new purchase. FYI: I think most would agree that having an amazing car is great, but w/out the equally superior team to help support it/make it run – the car can quickly turn into heartache. However – that never was the case at Audi N. Scottsdale. As uncommon as it may sound, Jason has not only provided excellence in service – but has become a genuine friend whom I totally trust like a brother. How rare to say you trust your car service guy?!

So, when it finally came time to shop for a new car – I turned to Jason for help. He introduced me to Brad. Not knowing Brad, I was still nervous – but immediately upon meeting Brad; those fears subsided. Brad Burnham was so easy going & yet extremely professional & knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to without any pressure or expectations. He even passed the DAD/BIG BROTHER TEST. I had brought them as back up (just in case), both of whom own “the other German car” – Mercedes. However, after meeting Brad and talking with him, I found back up was not needed! Brad was so helpful and easy going, which completely removed any fears of being “sweet talked” into something I didn’t want. Needless to say, I had my order placed within a 1 of discussion?.

What’s also genuinely unique – is that I overheard both my dad & my brother THANKING Brad & Jason for taking good care of me. “AWE!” They fully endorsed my car selection & agreed I made the right choice. I even heard my brother say his next car is an A8! I’ll send him Brad’s way as there’s no better stamp of approval in my book!
One final note – is that at this dealership (as cheesy as it sounds), I have found that all the people who make up the company are real & genuine. They truly love their cars & the people who sit in them! They work well as a team (everyone knows everyone there). I even found this to be true with TARA PRICE, who helped me through finance. She was just as excited to see me in the A5 as I was to purchase it. She was very patient when it came to looking at the cost of adding additional services to the purchase (extended warranty, dent protection, Nano tint, etc.) and calculating monthly payment.

I can truly say I know someone by first name (and they know me) in every department at AUDI that I encounter. Shout out to John and Jill at the service desk!

Needless to say – Here’s to another 9 years at AUDI NORTH SCOTTSDALE with my baby, A5!

I brought my Audi tt in for service on my airbag system. I called and from the start Jason from service was most helpful. He was very knowledgable and understanding. Due to his amazing service I brought my car back 2 days later for more service. Jason was a great representative for Audi and I think he should be rewarded for this. Thanks

I have recently purchased a 2009 Audi A5 in July 2010, and have been taking it in for service at Audi North Scottsdale for regular maintenance. I have owned multiple luxury cars and have been through dealer service many times. I can honestly say that Audi North Scottsdale has been one of the friendliest experiences that I have had out of a dealer in a long time. All the service team have been nothing short of exceptional.

The sales/service I have received at this dealership has been exceptional. Everytime I have brought my car in or called with a question Jason Brown has been friendly, thorough, professional... I can come in feeling pretty anxious about having to bring the car in but Jason/service dept has always made it appear effortless and had each issue resolved in a timely manner or time promised, EVERY time. Each issue has been covered/within the warranty period and corrected during the visit with quality workmanship and courtesy car wash. As a customer I feel valued and that my concerns are as important to him/dealership as they are to me. A big part of my satisfaction of owning this Audi is the service that I continue to receive from the Jason and the dealership. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Audi has been great. We love the fact that there is a car service to take us when we don't have our car. The prices are a little pricey but you get that with an Audi anywhere. There was a time we were told we wouldn't get our car for the weekend and after talking to them we were able to get our car for the weekend and return it the next week.

Jason could not have been more accommodating to my schedule. He is extremely personable and I prefer working with him than some of the other service employees. I have brought the car in for two other service appointments and except for the one instance in which the car was returned to me dirty inside (which they offered me a free detail to apologize) I have been very happy with the service I have received.
