5 star Review Had an appt for 8:00. Service rep, jarrod took me immediately upon my arrival (7:46) wrote me up and told me they’d have all done as soon as possible. Had an appt for 8:00. Service rep, jarrod took me immediately upon my arrival (7:46) wrote me up and told me they’d have all done as soon as possible. I was told on phone when I made apptbit May take 3 hrs. My car was ready, everything done, including recall work, in a little more than 1 1/2 hrs. Very happy. More

Salesmanship and Service Jason Costantino was pleasant and , after what we were looking for, simply showed us what he had. When we tested one, he answered our questions and offered a history of the car. Then we went to another vehicle with more "bells and whistles" , the wife wanted it and convinced the husband. Jason stayed neutral, answering only the questions we asked. After we decided he gave us the "pro" of our decision. He is the best! Stress free and informative we left after 2 hour, happy with the vehicle we selected.. Juan Mejia, the financial, man, again was pleasant and fully informed us of each paper he had for us. He made a folder for us so that we had copies of everything we did. He was clear and complete about every document. Both Jason and Juan wished us good-bye at the door, as the show room had closed. More

Simply the BEST..... I've been going to Silko Honda for over 10 yrs to have service done to my CRV. Work & rates are reasonable and the staff is just amazing. After hittin I've been going to Silko Honda for over 10 yrs to have service done to my CRV. Work & rates are reasonable and the staff is just amazing. After hitting 300K with my accord I bought a 2004 CRV that car was at 215K when I gave it to a family memeber and purchased a 2014 CRV my salesman Jason was so patient and helpful working with me to find the right car of me.THANK YOU Silko!! Incredible experience with the Sales Department! Stopped by Silko Honda recently to check out the new CR-V and had a fantastic experience with sales consultant Jason Costantino. He knows the product extremely well and focused on identifying what my needs were and which vehicle would best suit my needs. During the test-time he pointed out all the important features of the vehicle. Their pricing is transparent and fair. No pressure, no xx, just great service. The dealership has the courteous feel of a mom-and-pop establishment and actually is New England's oldest Honda dealership and still a family-run business. I greatly appreciated Jason's knowledge and professionalism and received courteous followup calls both from him and his manager shortly after I visited the dealership. More

Everthing was Great until! My Experience started off great I spoke to Brook LeClerg regarding an e price for a 2018 Honda Accord sport and EX model that she emailed. I explained what I wanted fair price and less hassle she was great on the phone.. I arrive for my appointment that I scheduled, I didn't return phone calls confirming so I was not setup with the bait and switch xx. I was approached in the lot by Jason Costantino, before you read any further HE IS THE MAIN REASON I BOUGHT THE CAR!. Great attitude I was upfront he understood what I wanted for a car and price point according to the e sale.. I cant say perfect because who is actually perfect.. I would recommend asking to work with him on buying car he has to do his job of course but you feel like your not getting the arrogant sale guy.. I had a bad experience before with another salesman at silko who still works there 10 years ago and glad he didn't come outside because I would have left. They honor the price on the e quote but you have to read the fine print because there is always a hitch. To qualify states it in there e price has to be a Honda finance not through Honda but there financing.. I was upfront and told him that Silko was my second choice. I had my preference but I made an appointment and I like to keep my word.. Now on to financing again Melissa Barr she is the Finance manger there and she basically is doing her job trying to sell you protection and warranties she very patience. I challenger her on everything, seeing that my credit dip and I am responsible for that. she was great to deal with very down to earth and again just doing her job. Well here we go I notice there was an added entry on my purchase and sales that I had signed earlier I was upset. I said how could someone add something after I signed it. I demanded he come and see me .. first my sales guy try to smooth it over I said no bring him here! because he has to answer for this. In comes KEVIN EATON beware cocky SOB really read his reviews. I asked why was this added after I signed the xxx.. After we went back n forth he said look at the time stamp on the paper I said what! only one sheet was time stamped the one he added additional info to was not.. Then he said LOOK ITS HERE IN ENGLISH READ IT.. I said xxx I lost it this is not something anyone should say in the line of business he is in... He said since you swore at me we cant just forget the deal. I paused for 1 second and guess what tuff guy knew he messed up he tried to apologies that means nothing to me when you extremely unprofessional providing a service when there are dealers everywhere and the comment he made again there should be no tolerance for it.. So cocky tuff guy left I bought there car. Again Jason Costantino was the only reason I bought the car I was even late to pick it up he waited he still did the final walk through after they closed he went above and beyond and this should not go unnoticed.. I was very polite made jokes we had a great time until Kevin Eaton came in the picture.. I believe that no one should lose there job when they do a fair job we all have off days.. This guy tho should not be allowed anywhere near a professional environment.. when your financing over 27 thousand dollars there should be a professional atmosphere and nor tolerance for what he said as a so called manager.. what is he telling his employees at the end of the night? How can he reprimand an employee when he cannot be professional. His xxxx poor attitude and comments should not be allowed in a multimillion dollar company.. I will follow up with corporate because this should not be swept under the rug.. Silko needs to address this behaviour.. More

When we arranged an in-person visit and met with Jason Constantino, our experience was quite positive. Since we had already agreed upon a price, there were no high pressure sales tactics. We took the car for a test drive and confirmed this was the one we wanted to purchase. Jason was very knowledegable and did a great job explaining all the details about the CRV. When we returned to the dealership, we went over all the details and completed the purchase without any haggling or high pressure sales. More
