Got the job done quickly and with minimal cost. I was very pleased with the way Jason Gullo and his team managed my most recent visit to the Bryan Subaru Service Center. Not only did they get my pro I was very pleased with the way Jason Gullo and his team managed my most recent visit to the Bryan Subaru Service Center. Not only did they get my problem fixed, they offered a short list of other services that my vehicle would need around this time, and I authorized those I could not perform myself. Having a loaner vehicle (topped off and ready to roll) was extremely handy, especially under the circumstances where it's safer not to allow customers to remain on-premises waiting around. I greatly appreciated the service staff's compliance with best practices in Social Distancing, and commend their efforts. More

Consistently great service As always, my service experience with Bryan Subaru was great. I was in for my 30K service. There were a few (expensive) extra services recommended an As always, my service experience with Bryan Subaru was great. I was in for my 30K service. There were a few (expensive) extra services recommended and I did not feel pressured by Richard to have them done immediately (ultimately I did take care of all of it). I was even offered a loaner car since the service would be several hours. Jason, as always, provided comic relief. The service receptionist was also exceptionally inviting! This was a warm, friendly place even in the midst of the COVID19 pandemic. More

I’ve been coming here for years and they are the only ones that i trust with my car. Jason Gullo, the service manager, is amazing.
