The salesman we had is named Mike V. He was very outgoing & friendly and always professional. He made the car buying business quite pleasurable. We also spent time with the finance guy Jason. He explained all the finance options thoroughly, never pushed any of them. He even gave us a tour of the dealership - who does that? Nice touch. I would absolutely recommend Arrowhead Honda to anyone in the market. More

Scott saw my husband stranded on the side of Bell Rd. with a flat tire. He stopped and changed his tire for him, a complete stranger. When they got to the dealership, my husband decided to trade for a new lease. Scott was amazingly helpful and we were pleased with the service we received from him and also Jason Heximer. Scott went above and beyond!!! Bell Rd. at rush hour is a dangerous place to be stranded and his stopping to help was wonderful! Great to know there are still people like this around! More

Last evening my husband and I had the good fortune to visit Arrowhead Honda on West Bell Rd. in Peoria, Az. We were greeted by a friendly and knowledgable salesperson named, Eric. He listened to our need visit Arrowhead Honda on West Bell Rd. in Peoria, Az. We were greeted by a friendly and knowledgable salesperson named, Eric. He listened to our needs, showed us the inventory and within 20 minutes we had found the car we wanted. Eric's honest and straight forward approach made the whole process a pleasant experience. Eric was able to answer all of our questions with easy to understand answers. Our deal was made within a half an hour and we were off to the finance department. There we were greeted by Jason. Another friendly, Knowledgable gentleman who guided us thru the world of car finance. Jason made the financing painless and understandable. We recieved a fair deal and we were treated with respect. Arrowhead Honda is the only place we would buy a Honda. The day before we visited another Honda dealership in Phoenix where we left after being ignored by a staff that was more interested in the free hot dogs than the customers. Thank you Arrowhead Honda for a job well done. We will be back. Thanks Eric and Jason. More

Ken was great! He listened to what we needed and delivered. Bought 2 cars on the first day and almost a 3rd on the second. In general this dealership was awesome! I purchased my Honda Accord Coupe from this dealership just over a year ago. I have had outstanding service from the moment I walked in. I knew what car I wanted and for the most part I knew what additi just over a year ago. I have had outstanding service from the moment I walked in. I knew what car I wanted and for the most part I knew what additional features I wanted. The sales rep asked me what I was looking for and provided me with a couple additional items that I was not aware of. In addition there was some items that I wanted that were not an option through Honda but he was able to find a solution for me. I worked with Jason. WHen I was in there again this last week for service Jason remembered me. He asked me both how my car was, but he also remembered that I walk the 3 day event so asked me how my training was going for that. When I showed up for my service this week I brought my car in while I was working. The service rep was aware that I was working and was able to get my car in and out in a very timely manner. In the past I have alway brought my other car to the acura dealer for service - however the service representative let me know that they can take care of that car as well so I will be bringing that one in this Tuesday. No-one likes to take their car in for service as well all know that the maintenance can be expensive. However with the service that I have received each time it takes a bit of the pain away. Thank you all for the wonderful experience that you provide each and every time. More

We were turning our old lease in. Jason H. arrived early just to help us. They did exactly what they said they would do. He worked very quickly with Eric to get us in and out as fast as possible. Both Jason and Eric have called several times to check on us and make sure we don't have any questions. They have gone above and beyond. This is our 5th Honda (3rd Odyssey) in a row and by far this has been our best experience. Thank you Jason and Eric for your dedication, honesty and humor. You made leasing our vehicle fun!! We are Arrowhead Honda customers for life! More

Great service from Eric Galliani and Jason. Both super helpful. No pressure at all. I wish I would have looked over the warranty better before purchasing, this is my only regret. I called Arrowhead Honda and spoke to Jason Heximer regarding my 2008 CRV that I was leasing and wanted information on turning it in and getting a 2011 CRV to replace it. We had gotten the 2008 from A regarding my 2008 CRV that I was leasing and wanted information on turning it in and getting a 2011 CRV to replace it. We had gotten the 2008 from Arrowhead Honda and had a great experience working with them so I was hoping for the same experience as the last time. Jason was great! He showed me just what I had told him I was looking for in the new CRV. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and he was a pleasure to work with. We had gotten in late in the afternoon and Jason was getting ready to leave for the day, so he introduced us to Eric Galliani and let us know that Eric would be taking care of us for the rest of the process. The paper work was easy to fill out and Eric was there to answer any questions that we had, and kept the process moving along very smoothly. Eric was friendly and took very good care of us. The staff at Arrowhead Honda are friendly not pushy and seem eager to help. I had forgotten the second set of keys to my 2008 CRV so I took them in the next evening. Eric asked if everything was ok with the new CRV and I laughed and told him yes but on the way there I had driven through a swarm of bugs and they were all over the windshield and the new car. He asked for my keys and in just a little while he came back and my car was all clean again. This is the type of service and willingness to please that will keep me coming back for all my vehicle needs in the future and recommending them to my family and friends. My vehicle purchase experience at Honda Arrowhead was of the highest quality, and the service they provide is just as good. I needed a new vehicle and wanted reliability - I decided to go to Arrowhead Ho the highest quality, and the service they provide is just as good. I needed a new vehicle and wanted reliability - I decided to go to Arrowhead Honda because they had always serviced my existing Honda vehicles (purchased from outside dealership long ago) with great results. So I figured, why not give them a shot at selling me a new Ridgeline? My sales rep, Jason, was a pleasure to work with. His demeanor was realistic, to-the-point, and he understood my personal needs with the vehicle to the extent that I felt listened to and respected. Unlike some sales personnel who will constantly revisit topics that a customer has no interest in for the sole purpose of "making a better sale", I felt that Jason allowed me to control the outcome of the purchase. As a result, I felt more capable of making a sound decision, and my comfort level resulted in me understanding the real pros and cons of actually purchasing a more expensive model of the Ridgeline than I originally intended. I realize that Jason benefits from this, but I feel that I also benefit from this decision, which makes it a Win-Win for both sides. I will continue to recommend Honda Arrowhead to anybody. I see that the organization is run by competent people who place the customer first. I also have to mention the Service and Finance areas of Honda Arrowhead's business. There is a fellow by the name of Brian who works in their service department that has really been the "face" of Honda Arrowhead for me during the last few years. Because of the great experience I've always had with him, it really wasn't a question where I should start looking for a new vehicle. Brian's service gives me the confidence that the relationship with my Honda dealership doesn't end after purchasing the vehicle. I remember one day getting a flat tire on my Honda Civic only an hour before an extremely critical business meeting I had to attend to in Tempe, and I literally drove the vehicle into Honda Arrowhead just seconds before it couldn't be driven anymore. After explaining my urgent situation to the Service Department, the answer I got was "no problem". I was back on the road in 15 minutes, and I made my meeting. As you might expect, everybody on the meeting heard about the outstanding service I got from Honda Arrowhead that morning. Gary from Finance is the person I worked with in signing all the papers once I purchased the Ridgeline. Again, here is another example of Honda Arrowhead's "no pressure" approach to selling. I have never in my life before purchased "Extended Warranty" products until I met with Gary that day. I was presented the facts about what benefits this warranty could provide to me, and nothing else. Turns out that the cost of buying the warranty is heavily offset because I am saving a lot of money in other ways. For example, why sign up with association programs when Honda's extended warranty gives you 24/7 road coverage and free rentals? When you consider the cost of an extended warranty and its lifespan (7 years), just avoiding the cost of working with road coverage companies saves you about $800. That makes the Honda Extended warranty's value too compelling to pass up, because now you are also covered for any technical defect in the next 7 years. No pressure from Gary in understanding this, I made the decision to purchase it on my own. But Gary took the extra step and rolled the cost of the warranty into my financing, making the cost of an extended warranty easily paid for by simply not purchasing a couple of lattes every month. It's positive experiences like these that cause people to think about a car dealership when purchasing a vehicle. I can go anywhere to get a car. I can buy any model, do it as a private purchase, or simply make the decision not to buy. But because I have great service, professional guidance, and mutually respectful interaction with the folks at Honda Arrowhead, I don't give it a second thought: That is the place I go to when I need a vehicle. I strongly recommend this dealership. It is rare to find a group of professionals in this industry that care about their customers and their reputation so much. Thanks Ted Sfikas More

Jason Heximer was extremley friendly and helpful, he listened to all of the things i wanted in a vehicle and didnt try to push me into something i wasnt comfortable with.
