My experience with Camelback Toyota has always been awesome. Excellent people to work with and very friendly. One of my recent experiences today was servicing my 2018 RAV4 with my service rep, Jose Tijerino (who is the best!). As I was getting ready to leave, I asked Jose what he thought I could get for a trade in for my RAV4. He called Jason Johnson, internet manager, and said he round check on it for me. Now I had no intention of walking away with the purchase of a new vehicle today but I did. JJ (Jason) spent an incredible amount of time with me going over everything. I even chatted with Dwight Moore (I purchased my RAV4 from him 5 years ago and what a deal I got back then!). JJ gave me a great trade in value for my Rav4 and he worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied with the remaking balance. So I purchased a new Venza today after the wonderful experience I had with JJ. Then when I went to financing Bryan Holsapple made the process very easy which I appreciated. He worked with me and found a pretty good rate for me. I love my new car! Thanks for everything JJ, Jose, Bryan, and Dwight. You guys are the best..,kudos! More

I came into Camelback becuase of the Costco auto program. I left with a camelback Toyota Highlander. Though the vehicle I ended up with was not on the program, camelback Toyota honored most of the discounts I left with a camelback Toyota Highlander. Though the vehicle I ended up with was not on the program, camelback Toyota honored most of the discounts or price controls set up by Costco. I knew what I wanted and camelback honored it. Jason did not try to steer me toward another vehicle, even when it was apparent what we were looking for was not part of the Costco program. He found a way with their staff to get us what we were looking for and it was a seamless experience start to finish. Thank you Jason More
