We were blessed when we met Alfred as we came in the door, and then he worked with us for several hours to purchase our Grand Highlander. We were able to trade two vehicles in, and that brought our tax door, and then he worked with us for several hours to purchase our Grand Highlander. We were able to trade two vehicles in, and that brought our tax bill down considerably! We will reccomend Alfred and Toyota of Cleveland to our family and friends!🙂 More

Jason Keith was our main salesperson and was awesome. We had a vehicle on order and he kept us updated on the status. However, we changed our minds and went with another vehicle and he was still very h We had a vehicle on order and he kept us updated on the status. We came in without an appointment to look at a different vehicle and Jason was working with another customer so Logan Maddox took over for Jason until Jason was available. They showed great teamwork through the process and would work with either of them in the future. We highly recommend Jason, very down to earth guy. More
