I had an appointment for a safety recall on my 2021 Honda Ridgeline. After sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes Jason called me to let me know they didn’t have the correct part for the repair. Now I ne Ridgeline. After sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes Jason called me to let me know they didn’t have the correct part for the repair. Now I need to reschedule when the part comes in so it was a total waste of time for me. Hopefully next time they make sure they have the correct part before they schedule appointments for customers.
