I brought my 2009 Ford Flex in for service (Alex, Roberto and the other service team are great!) and I was considering the purchase of a new or used Flex. (love the Flex). Alex introduced me to Peter Porzio and the other service team are great!) and I was considering the purchase of a new or used Flex. (love the Flex). Alex introduced me to Peter Porzio and my great experience took off from there! The process was a little long, because they were really trying to work with in my budget and some of the requests I asked for in a new purchase. But, so happy to say I sincerely enjoyed the hospitality and the friendliness of the staff at Currie. Dan had some time to show me different vehicles and I was interested in a 2013 model. Peter took the time to research different models for me and even took time to speak with my brother long distance of why I needed certain options, including adding a extended warranty and a AWD vehicle. I travel a lot in my profession and need to have the security of a safe, dependable vehicle. My 2009 AWD Flex proved it was an amazing vehicle this winter and I wanted the same in my newer one. At one point I was still unsure about my financial obligation and Jason suggested I take the 2013 for the evening. I was truly happy I did. It made all the difference to me in understanding how safe I felt with all the great safety and hands-free options. I knew this during the test drive with Peter, but driving it on my own routes, made it solidify how comfortable I was. Jeff was helping with my budget and Jason made it work. Being solely responsible for my finances, I really appreciated the true effort of Peter, Jason and Ken in finance to give me all options with what I was comfortable with. I came back the next day to meet with Ken in finance. He really worked on getting me the best interest rate. Then he thoroughly explained everything to me and I had the keys in my hand! Because it was snowing, Peter and Dan both helped me transfer all of my belongings to my new Flex. Before I left, Peter helped explained some more of the options that I had and help me set up my phone, phone book and radio options. The team at Currie was really great! Thank you all! I HIGHLY recommend purchasing a vehicle through Currie Ford in Frankfort, Illinois. Even if you don't need a car, I suggest buying a spare vehicle from there just to enjoy the experience. :) Seriously t Ford in Frankfort, Illinois. I was at several different lots (one of which tried the bait and switch, come on man!), including the max car place and I have to say the treatment I received at Currie was outstanding and unmatched. From Pete, my sales guy who was extremely professional to Mark who got me a very good and fair price on my trade in to Ken who handled the paperwork seamlessly and any one else I may have forgot to mention, I was treated by one and all fairly, respectfully and as if I was the most important customer there ( I bought a used vehicle for under $10,000 by the way, not a high roller by any means). A couple days after purchase I noticed a few swirl marks on the exterior paint and talked to the manager Jason. Not only did he tell me he would take care of the issue at no charge but suggested I wait and bring it back after the weather broke to have it looking like new AFTER the salt and snow were gone for 2014 (so probably in July the way this winter is going). That was followed up by a call from Pete, my sales guy, who assured me he was in the loop and available to help when I come back with the car. One last thing, the car itself is running great and is close to immaculate (minus the swirl marks which will be taken care of). Bottom line, go get your car from Currie, when I am in the market again I definitely will return. Go Hawks! Jim from Chicago More

I have worked with Jack Vogel and the staff at Currie for the past ten years, having bought 8 vehicles from them in the past (all Fords) for my business and personal use. Just before Christmas, Jack called the past ten years, having bought 8 vehicles from them in the past (all Fords) for my business and personal use. Just before Christmas, Jack called me to say that an older (2006) Chrysler Town & Country had come in on trade and was "in beautiful condition, really really clean." Jack has been great about keeping in touch with me about our needs in the business and felt he needed to let me know about this minivan as soon as possible. I visited Currie a couple days later, took a quick test drive and met with Mark Kischkel who gave me a very fair price and we made a deal. It took a little longer than I like to finish the process, but Jason Latif helped to move the paperwork through the next day and I was on my way home with a great van. Thanks to everyone at Currie. I will be back! More

Our original sales person was Cornelius Murray the first time we visited & he was great walked us through everything although weren't ready to purchase that particular day. Upon entering the store a few weeks later Cornelius was off & Leighton Clemons assisted us with our final purchase along with Jason Latif. These 3 men were excellent they all went above & beyond what was needed to sell a vehicle. Assistance with questions pertaining to finances, operation of the vehicle, service need be, extras that were available for our vehicle. When purchasing this vehicle there was NO pressure very friendly service we would recommend this dealership & sales personnel to anyone. Since we purchased our Taurus 2014 we went back a few days later to have The Protector applied & this was handled in a very professional manner also given a vehicle for the day & our car was ready when promised. This was actually an enjoyable experience we loved that fact that these fellows were so knowledgeable & helped us make a very difficult decision. More

We were very pleased with our first experience with Jack Vogel in 2011, so went back to Jack when the lease was up on our 2011 Edge. Jack is very good at keeping in contact during the life of the lease and Vogel in 2011, so went back to Jack when the lease was up on our 2011 Edge. Traditionally I have found purchasing a new vehicle to be frustrating. With over the top sales people who find it necessary to pressure you into a decision immediately, or upsell you into a vehicle that may frustrating. This definitely was not the experience we enjoyed at Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort. Leighton Clemons allowed us to explain what we were looking for and genuinely listen to what we had to say. Leighton is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. We felt more comfortable at this dealership than any other in the area. Dominick Venturella, Jason Latif and Ken Gohmann all added to our experience.
