Exceptional sale service I need to trade my truck and the entire sales team( Christy Nettels , Saxon Reynolds , Rob King and the owner Jason Stacy went above and beyond to mak I need to trade my truck and the entire sales team( Christy Nettels , Saxon Reynolds , Rob King and the owner Jason Stacy went above and beyond to make the process possible. RUN TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!! I have had nothing but problems with this dealership. I traded my car in February only to have it totaled less than 2 weeks later. I bought the exac I have had nothing but problems with this dealership. I traded my car in February only to have it totaled less than 2 weeks later. I bought the exact same car from them again in early March and rolled the negative amount owed on the first car into loan #2. Imagine my surprise when I received a phone call in JUNE at work from a debt collector because car #1 did not get paid off. I immediately called the dealership and were able to get my car paid and called the collection agency for me. I also requested that they initiate this to be removed from my credit report as it was their error. I was told that someone would follow up with me to ensure this was taken care of. Well no one followed up with me until I mentioned to a service tech that I was unhappy. Long story short...fast forward to September - this still is showing as a paid collection. This should have never been sent to collection. The dealership had the money the entire time, but someone was on maternity leave (that was what I was told) so it didn't get taken care of. I have requested to speak to the owner, Jason Stacy, and have been told that he is aware of the situation, but basically he doesn't care enough about the problems that his dealership has caused me to call me back. I was all but told he would not be returning my call. I love Nissan's. I will always own a Nissan. I have many family member who have worked for Nissan for many many years, but we will NEVER refer another sale to this dealership or one that is affiliated with the owners of this dealership!!! More

I love cool spring Nissan ! Cool springs Nissan is top notch ! The employees there are amazing to work with and go beyond to insure you are well informed and happy with whatever Cool springs Nissan is top notch ! The employees there are amazing to work with and go beyond to insure you are well informed and happy with whatever vehicle you choose . Our salesman was great and we just love him . The whole team is great from the owner , managers salesmen to the detail guys .. Everyone just goes that extra step to make sure your taken care of in a professional manner .. I tell everyone I know that's looking for a automobile to go to cool springs Nissan .. They won't be disappointed! More
