I take my, 2011 Ford F 150 Stx 3. 7 l to them for a service recall, on the Transmission, I was told the park was on back order last september, 2022 and it would be available in Octob 7 l to them for a service recall, on the Transmission, I was told the park was on back order last september, 2022 and it would be available in October now it is going into March 2023 and i havent been able to drive my truck since september 2022 worst service advisors there left numerous call for a call back and not once receive a call back service dept is bad! More

Ereryone at Clermont Ford deserves a huge thank you. Everyone makes me feel like a valued customer and not just some person that only wants to bother the employees. All work done so far has been outstanding and everyone, from the head Sales People to the lowest mechanic takes the time to greet me and make me feel welcome. Our household has purchased three (3) new cars (2010 F-150 Pick Up, 2005 Saleen Mustang Convertible, 2011 Shelby GT-500 Convertible and a used 2011 Escape) from Clermont Ford and we are very happy with the service and sales on each vehicle. In addition we have our 1973 Ford Mustang Convertible (show car) and our 2003 Ford Motor Home serviced at Clermont Ford as well. Each time we bring in one of the cars the work is complested in a reasonable length of time, the price is very good and we are thanked for doing business with Clermont Ford. I will always do business with Clermont Ford in the future as Clermont Ford makes me feel special for doing business with them. Don't change any of your business practices. Your dealership is as close to perfect as any car dealership can get. More
