All of the used cars we sat in were clean and in good maintenace order. The process of test-driving and doing business was efficient and friendly. Jason, and Tucson Subaru, have provided the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had—so much so, that we returned just a month later to replace our second vehicle with a Crosstrek. Their prices are incredibly fair and straightforward, and there’s never ANY pressure at any point in the process, a very refreshing set of factors compared to other dealership experiences we’ve had. The whole experience of buying a new vehicle was made so much easier because of Jason, our salesperson. He was patient, knowledgeable and easy going - he was able to answer all of our questions and really much easier because of Jason, our salesperson. He was patient, knowledgeable and easy going - he was able to answer all of our questions and really took the time we needed to help make us feel comfortable with our purchase. Tucson Subaru, as a whole, is a very comfortable, (no pressure), dealership to visit. Everyone we worked with was great! Jennifer was very easy to work with, as well! Jennifer was so kind and pleasant to work with! I work for a local business that she recognized on my paperwork and we chatted about that - it was nice to feel a little sense of local community in I work for a local business that she recognized on my paperwork and we chatted about that - it was nice to feel a little sense of local community in this process, rather than feeling like you're just a number (or a bunch of different numbers, in the case of buying a car). She gave me a thorough rundown of all the options, but I never felt pressured to add on a bunch of services I might not really need - Jennifer was pragmatic and understanding as we worked out the details. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership so the process could have easily felt a little overwhelming, but I felt very comfortable throughout! More

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, but my partner purchased a car from Tucson Subaru back in 2016 and had a good experience so, at his recommendation, we made this our first stop. Jaso but my partner purchased a car from Tucson Subaru back in 2016 and had a good experience so, at his recommendation, we made this our first stop. Jason was the first person we spoke to when we walked up, and he happily showed us a few options as I tried to figure out exactly what I wanted. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision - all the questions Jason asked made me feel like he was sincerely trying to help me figure out which car was right for me, rather than trying to push a sale. I found something I liked, and Jason was patient, kind, and professional as we dealt with a few unexpected hiccups during the buying process. As someone without a lot of car knowledge or car-buying experience, I was very grateful to have an easy and comfortable experience working with Jason at Tucson Subaru, and would absolutely recommend this dealership as a whole. More
