All of the used cars we sat in were clean and in good maintenace order. The process of test-driving and doing business was efficient and friendly. Fabulous new car purchasing experience! I was impressed with the dog friendly atmosphere (everyone said hello to our Goldendoodle and Monica kept treats on her desk). I think we talked about life more than the sale, which is a great thing! Jennifer in Finance was much the same and was informative with warranty advice without being “saleswoman like”, and we found ourselves talking about dogs mostly as we filled out paperwork. Great experience and my roommate Cathy remarked that Monica and Jennifer are famous names from the show FRIENDS, which was funny because that’s what our experience with them was! Five stars and a paw from Fozzie Bear! More

I never had so much trouble buying a vehicle and paying Cash. The sales manager wanted to run my credit and I didn't want a hit on my credit because I am looking for a house. First he told me they could ru Cash. The sales manager wanted to run my credit and I didn't want a hit on my credit because I am looking for a house. First he told me they could run my credit and take a check or bring in CASH. I said I'll bring a bank check and hold the vehicle until the check clears. That wasn't expectable they wanted me to wire the money. Then I was given the wrong routing number. Finaly, they took a bank check. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because of my sales associate Jack McVey, he was friendly, professional and a true gentleman though out this whole fiasco. Good job Jack More
