Hello! My name is Javon Hardy. I have been with the Lester Glenn Family now for just about a year and a half and couldn't be anymore happy. I live in Seaside Heights NJ. I spend my free time going to the beach as well as the bay when I am not working.Sports are my passion, either playing or watching! I play fast pitch soft ball in the summer and enjoy the frigid water in the winter time.

Was greeted by Javon, came in to buy a car, we never got past the intake without him feeling I was patronizing him.. Sales is normally an upbeat, respectful experience, where salesman endeavours to provi past the intake without him feeling I was patronizing him.. Sales is normally an upbeat, respectful experience, where salesman endeavours to provide a service and understand a customers need, which I attempted to provide. Since Javon felt I was patronizing him, I asked for a different salesman, which he replied, I must ask my manager. I walked out. So annoying to be pressured about my name and credentials before we could even really disscuss his inventory and if a Traxx was the right vehicle. So embarassed that he raised his voice to me to make the conersation somehow my fault. No you didnt earn my business. Frankly Im shocked how I was treated, visited a few other dealerships on rte 37 with no issues whatsoever. More
