I cannot give overall experience a 5 because I hate the entire process of buying a car and having to wonder if someone else would have been able to get the care for less money because they have better negotiation skills. Same reason why I gave price a 4, I have no way of knowing if it is a good price or not. However, again, I was working with limited time and Jay and dealership were very respectful of this. More

My husband & I were very pleased with how friendly Jay Fralin was and appreciated that he was not pushy. He was able to answer all our questions and concerns about the Outback and the Forester; since Jay Fralin was and appreciated that he was not pushy. He was able to answer all our questions and concerns about the Outback and the Forester; since we weren't sure when we went to the dealership which car that we wanted. When we made our decision Aaron Freedman helped to set up our financing. Overall we had a great experience and tell everyone where we got our new Subura Outback. I love my new car!! I found the car that I was looking for and I think the price was reasonable. Aside from a piece of plastic from the spoiler that was hanging down from under the car which I noticed when I got home, I love price was reasonable. My wife and I did our homework before comming to Miller Subaru. Jay met us in the lot and was friendly but not at all pushy. A very welcome change from most dealers. He let us browse the lot, answered our Subaru. Jay met us in the lot and was friendly but not at all pushy. A very welcome change from most dealers. He let us browse the lot, answered our questions, and displayed a wealth of product knowledge. Once we decided on the Outback, Jay and the management deal made us an acceptable offer and the deal was done. I would recommend Jay and the team from Miller Subaru without reservation.
