I had been speaking with one of the sales managers as well as a sales associate for the last 10 days over the phone. During that time we worked out numbers for a vehicle we just needed to talk about the well as a sales associate for the last 10 days over the phone. I let them know that I was upside down on my trade so it wouldn't be worth anyone's time if they couldn't come close to paying it off. When I told them what another dealer offered me they said they could definitely beat It and would do the best they could to pay it off. I took time out of my work day to make the 30 minute drive to Kia of Port Charlotte. When I got to the dealership, the two gentlemen that were helping me were not there. Even though I told them I was coming. A young man tried to assist me with no luck. He brought his sales manager out who approached me with a smug look on his face. When I explained to him what my communication had been he told me that they cannot beat what the other dealership offered. I asked why would they waste my time and tell me one thing on the phone but something different in person. The classic bait and switch. As I kept trying to explain my side the sales manager just stood there looking at me with the smug look and a smartish grin. I finally had enough and told them that with this type of service, not only would I not be coming back but I would never do business with them again. When the sales manager said that's fine I said and it's mostly because you're acting like a b****. He threw me out of his dealership yelling and calling me names. Then proceeded to tell me "good luck with your negative equity somewhere else". I asked for the sales manager's name but the two "guards" at the door refused to give it to me and told me to leave or they would call the cops and have me trespassed. I have been purchasing cars for nearly 30 years and previously worked in the car business and have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I do not recommend this dealership to anybody. This is the same dealership that 5 years ago messed up my trade in payoff and sacked me with an $11,000 bill to the finance company. They are con artist that will steal your money and promise you the world but will give you nothing but headache. More

Terrible terrible place to go. They left my daughter and I sit in the lobby for 4 hours. Never had the nerve to come to us and say they couldn't figure out any finance options. 4 H They left my daughter and I sit in the lobby for 4 hours. Never had the nerve to come to us and say they couldn't figure out any finance options. 4 HOURS!!!! Eventually we just got up and left. 2 weeks later we get letters in the mail. (Mind you I took her somewhere else and she was in a brand new car the next day. Like a 1 hr process. These ppl here are terrible. Not to mention their employees look like the were just taken in off the street. Someone should have given this girl a little lotion. Some dandruff shampoo or maybe a hygiene class. Never ever ever in my life again will I waste any anyyy time with them More
