All the service workers were friendly, and attentive to my concerns. They addressed the problems without attitudes. No communication, returned the car with multiple issue, and rude customer interaction. Would never call me back after I left voicemails and collected payment for a service that was not provided. I am currently disputing the payment since I called to have the outstanding issues fixed and no one will answer. This was the WORST customer experience I have ever had which is saying a lot since I’ve dealt with Royal Volkswagen. More
