From beginning to end the process was pleasant. Let me just say I do not like the dealer/car buying experience. But this one was different. Anne in internet sales started the process when I called. She set me up with Tyler Jones when I arrived. I explained to him what I was looking for and without hesitation, he made it happen. Tyler will be my go to guy for car purchases from here on out. We were welcomed online by Anne who told us we what they had in stock we discussed our interest and organized our visit the next day. We were welcomed before we got through the door by Tyler who proceeded t had in stock we discussed our interest and organized our visit the next day. They then organized our trade in and financing and sent paperwork to dmv for us quickly and we felt safely considering our COVID world right now. Couldn’t say enough good things about the experience.
