I am in the market for a new Equinox right now and I am so sorry that I can't buy it off of Sunrise or Primo as I relocated to Florida 6 months ago . If I was coming up to Chicago they would be my dealer of choice. Their service dept is great as well they keep you up to date on recalls or maintenance issues I wish there was a Sunrise in Orlando so I could remain in the Sunrise Chevrolet family. More

I had scheduled a recall appointment on a Saturday that The service department is disrespectful of one's time and doesn't stay honest to their word. I had scheduled a recall appointment on a Saturday that they had been calling me non-stop to get done for a year and when I got to my appointment they said they could not complete the job in under 2.5 hours when on the phone they told me 1.5 hours. The job was a simple one to change out a windshield wiper motor. when I told them I had waited months to get a Saturday appointment since M-F they are only open until 6pm (who can work and get their car serviced before 6pm?) They didn't even care that I waited months for the appointment. Then would I told them how upset I was they only handed me this dealer rater card to review them online. My family has bought 3 cars from Sunrise Chevrolet and I'm sorry to say there won't be a 4th due to the service department and their disregard for my time. More

It is always a pleasurable, and unstressed buying experience with him. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the nuts and bolts about buying a car. Brian Kurtz, sales manager made sure that our vehicles monthly payment met our budget, offered a fair price for our trade and was very quick about getting our package together. Sean, the finance manager explained everything to us about our lease purchase in simple terms and everyone answered all of our questions completely.
