My Review of BMW of Murray:
BMW of Murray is outstanding on the sales and the service arenas. I will first start with Robert Clark whom I consider to be the consummate professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only is Robert incredibably well versed with all of the BMW cars available for sale, he is a tireless advocate to provide the best package of automobile and pricing that he can pass along to his customers. I have now purchased three cars from Robert and each experience has been exceptional. He is also a lot of fun to work with and his enthusiasm for BMW cars makes it a pleasure to shop for a new car. I have not taken the time to shop around when I have purchased a new car in recent memory as my experience with Robert and with BMW cars has made BMW of Murray my go to dealership.
Jeff Jorgensen is in the service department and has serviced all of my cars. He is absolutely responsive and always provides me with a full and informed update as to the status of my car and the service being performed. In addition, he always manages to go beyond the typical expectation that I would have in servicing my cars. Jeff gives me the impression that the BMW of Murray service department is the best around and a step above any other dealer service department that I have dealt with.
I just recently was helped by David Clark but the help he gave me in my last purchase was beyond exceptional.

My Review of BMW of Murray:
I have dealt with BMW of Murray for over 10 years, regularly interacting with sales, service, and parts departments, and have been consistently impressed with their customer service approach.

On the sales end, Robert Clark has facilitated 5 or more purchases, and has always made certain that I understood everything I needed to for the transaction to conclude successfully. In particular, he's gone the extra mile to make sure that I got the most competitive pricing possible, both on the actual vehicle pricing and the terms of several leases. In addition, he is the extremely rare car salesperson who knows everything about all the vehicles he represents, and presents his knowledge in a user-friendly, hands-on way that really comes through on a test drive. Finally, when Robert delivers a car, he budgets all the time necessary to allow a customer to learn the vehicle's systems, and even attends to small details such as getting satellite radio set up, hooking up Bluetooth phones, putting your home on the navigation system, etc. Robert is a consummate professional, which is why he has a loyal customer base who wouldn't think of buying a car without speaking with him.

In the service department, I've had the great pleasure of working with Jeff Jorgensen for the past 6 or 8 years. Jeff is incredibly busy, and yet always slows down enough to take the time to explain everything he needs to for the customer to be satisfied, whether that's the actual issues with the vehicle, or scheduling conflicts, or the paperwork and invoice. Whenever I leave a voicemail for Jeff, I'm always surprised at how quickly he returns the call, usually within minutes. Jeff is also very diligent at making sure that he does everything possible to make a car dealership visit - nobody's idea of a fun time! - an enjyable one. He seems to really "get" that the sales department may sell the 1st car to me, but it is the service department that sells the 2nd, 3rd, and so on.

My Review of BMW of Murray:
Both my wife and I have BMW's. Most of our interaction with BoM is with the service department. I have been fortunate enough to get to know Dave Hansen, the service mananger, Jeff Jorgensen, the SA, and the best service tech in the business, Jeremy Robinson. Granted, the cars don't need service that often, but when they do, we always go to Jeff, and then request Jeremy to do the service/repair. We have had very positive experiences with both of these gentlemen. The cars are always done when stated, they are washed and vacumed out, and all work done. I have been driving BMW since 1979, and have had a long and positive relationship with BoM. Theymake it very hard to buy another brand of car. First class, professionals I recommend them highly to anyone who asks.

Jeff was very helpful and kept me informed on the status of the car. I had to have it serviced at the last minute before a trip and he was able to get it done on time. He was awesome to work with. He also was able to help me with transportation while it was being worked on.

My Review of BMW of Murray:
All of the people we worked with from the receptionist, to a helpful salesperson, to the three service men, were so friendly and knowledgable! They took the time to help us with all of our questions and needs - and we didn't even buy the car from them! They went out of their way to make us feel that we were just as important as any other BMW owner or person who may be shopping for one, from their dealership. The follow-up from Jeff Jorgensen has been wonderful, as he is concerned with a part that is being ordered and repaired by a third party, due to an after market warranty that we purchased from our initial dealer! One word: SUPERB!

My Review of BMW of Murray:
I own a 2008 BMW 535xi. It is a wonderful car and I have enjoyed the 4 year 50,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Each time I bring my car in for scheduled service or minor repair I have been treated like I am their best customer. I have not yet had a bad experience or been dissatisfied with the quality of work. I am pleased to give BMW of Murray, and my service rep Jeff Jorgensen, this top rating.

My Review of BMW of Murray:
I have recently come out of BMW warranty and picked up a 3rd party warranty for going forward. There were some issues with this recent repair working with the insurance company and Jeff was wonderful. I very much appreciate the service I receive every time i have my car in. Devon Quinn was also very attentive. he obviously loves his job.
