We have owned two BMW's both have been serviced at BMW of Murray and the 07 we bought from BMW of Murray. We have found the dealership easy to work with, dependable, concerned and informative. We will buy another BMW in the future and it will be from this dealership.

My Review of BMW of Murray:
Went to purchase a new BMW and I had not considered any other vehicle. ( I really like BMW's ) I had just got out of residency and they told me they would not trade in my old subaru legacy which I drove during 10 + yrs of education. They told me they could not deal with cars such as mine ( beneath them at murray BMW ) and that I should sell it on my own. I told them that would be a hassle and I only wanted $1000 for it on trade in. I did not know that one could not upgrade to a BMW. I asked the sales guy if you have to be born with a BMW because now that I can afford one I guess I am not up to par to actually buy one with little hassle. They offered to sell me the car with a $350 discount and tried to convince me that this was the last automobile of this caliber left on the western seaboard. I left and will never shop for one there again. I guess when you are the only show in town you can treat people like that. PS I went and bought a different car from nice people that same day got my $1000 trade in for my car and an additional $1800 dollars off. To tell the truth I thought BMW were light years ahead of their competition but as it turns out I can't tell much of any difference between the car murray showed me and the one I actually bought.
