Unexpected ease of purchase of buying a car. From initial phone call off the internet, Tommy, Mikey, Jeff, and Tony the gen mgr all were low pressure and most anxious to get us the car that we wa From initial phone call off the internet, Tommy, Mikey, Jeff, and Tony the gen mgr all were low pressure and most anxious to get us the car that we wanted. Free maintenance for 4 years was also a big factor. There was an air problem in the tires next day so a service tech took the car and filled the tires without making us wait in line.
