Exceeded Expectations! A month ago we purchased our second Toyota at Phillips Toyota from Bryan Perez, Sales Representative. After driving it for a few weeks we realized ou A month ago we purchased our second Toyota at Phillips Toyota from Bryan Perez, Sales Representative. After driving it for a few weeks we realized our new car was not what we wanted for several reasons. To us, Phillips has always been customer focused but in this situation under the leadership of their new General Manager Rob Jordan, Phillips exceeded our expectations. After contacting Phillips about our situation, Rob set the wheels in motion with his team of Tom Pardo, Finance, Michael Kuhn, Sales Manager and Bryan Perez. In three hours they were able to find another vehicle for us that more than met our satisfaction. They were all extremely professional and laser focused on working with us to make sure we had a vehicle that met our needs. We can’t say enough positive things about Phillips and our experience. We could feel everyone we dealt with understood our situation as if they were walking in our shoes! More
