The experience as a whole was great. The place was clean and looking professional. The only complaint (and it is not really a complaint at all, just slightly annoying), was the time it t The place was clean and looking professional. The only complaint (and it is not really a complaint at all, just slightly annoying), was the time it took to get the papers signed and get home. It took about 3 1/2 hours to get out. I had no trade-in, and good credit. I have been to dealerships and been out the door in about an hour. If I could make any suggestions, it would be to try and expedite the paperwork side of the transaction. I would highly recommend Shottenkirk for your car-shopping. More

I worked with Jefferson in sales and he was great to work with. He was laid back, funny, and just a genuine guy. I would recommend him to anyone when they are looking to buy a car. The only issue I had was w with. He was laid back, funny, and just a genuine guy. I would recommend him to anyone when they are looking to buy a car. The only issue I had was with Rick from the Finance Team. He was nice but really lacking communication. I emailed him 4 times and called twice, and he never replied so I had to get Jefferson involved. Not ideal. I’m just glad I had Jefferson because otherwise I am not sure how else I could have gotten an answer. More

Sales person called and said everything was ready for us. ..We drove 2 1/2 hours to get there to be told the car was not ready and was being serviced. I don't understand how the service would take 2 days if ..We drove 2 1/2 hours to get there to be told the car was not ready and was being serviced. I don't understand how the service would take 2 days if it was being checked and only been llisted 5 days, (wonder if it had anything to do with all the engine lights being on when it was started)... of course we weren't told that it wouldn't be done until after lunch time and we got there at 9:30am.. Then the sales manager explained that the car would be delivered to Tennessee probably on Tuesday...and the salesman acted as though he was bored after the papers were signed and proceded to give us a car to drive when he was told that a SUV was not acceptable prior to getting a loaner. The sales manager was great, the finance manager was great. However, the sales manager asked the salesman to take the papers off the windshield and acknlowleded and then just stood there. So the papers will have to be replaced as I tore them off so we could see outside the window both ways. Do you people not examine a car prior to selling it? This loaner didn't have the option as it said it did to work navagation off the phone. Also we drove it home with no plate on it ...just a dealership advertisement. Wasn't told if the temporary was for this loaner or for the car we bought. So all in all, the dealership is nice and I personally have a 2023 Honda but it was traumatic for my granddaughters first experience and attempt to buying a car. More
