If I could give a 10+ rating, Heidi continued to follow up after our daughter had a difficult situation in Denver with multiple salesmen ‘hot boxing’ our daughter when we had explained the process. Jeff picked up the process, was highly professional, was very gentle and informative with my daughters first time process making it an outstanding and comfortable process. Jeff goes out of his way to not only ensure that you are getting into the perfect vehicle but he also takes the time to make you feel comfortable and taken care of.
