Bad Experience in every way possible. Seriously the rudest individual I have ever worked with at a dealership. Bypass in anyway possible this guy. Fred Anderson is not the same dealership Seriously the rudest individual I have ever worked with at a dealership. Bypass in anyway possible this guy. Fred Anderson is not the same dealership it was 3 years ago in general. I would recommend with Leith in town to bypass Fred Anderson in General. Even the service Dept. does not offer the same level of service as it once did. The Family Plan is now a joke. More

Jeff located exactly what we were looking for. We had planned to buy a pre-owned Toyota since we have had such good Camry and Sequoia Toyota vehicles, but Jeff gave us such an informative and knowl We had planned to buy a pre-owned Toyota since we have had such good Camry and Sequoia Toyota vehicles, but Jeff gave us such an informative and knowledgeable conversation, that we ended up selecting a new 2016 Sequoia with a very fair trade-in for our 2006 Sequoia. We particularly appreciated his willingness to understand our personal priorities and find the right fit for us. We will definitely look for him to help us when we get ready to replace our Camry. More

This past go round, I was happy with my purchase, but later found out I could have got a better deal if I shopped around. I wanted to stay with the same dealer because I was so happy with my first purchase. Recently I found out the referral program isn't all it seems. My brother never got his check for referring me and I was told I would get a check for referring my husband, but apparently I'm a repeat customer. Iunderstand the repeat thing, but it's a bummer because I was told I would receive a check. If I refer someone again, I'll make sure to get it in writing. More

He was easy to get along with, did not push the hard sell (which we appreciated), was knowledgeable about the features on the vehicle (in particular, he pointed out the amazing turn radius of the Toyota Sienna we were buying), and had a fun sense of humor. Jeff was even available to respond to our text communications after we had purchased the van with regards to the spare key we had forgotten and an accessory that we purchased which needed to be installed. Negotiating a final deal is always a challenge when buying a new vehicle, but we felt like Jeff negotiated in good faith. More
