The sales team was friendly and helpful. However due to a communication error with the back office and the sales team, the car was not available to take home that day. Sales team worked to accommodate th communication error with the back office and the sales team, the car was not available to take home that day. Sales team worked to accommodate this, including showing other possible options. Would be better if the team was direct from the beginning and worked with some sense of urgency, as I was there for 4hrs for a car I couldn’t even take home. More
