Terrible customer service - lack of negotiating We took our 2014 Traverse in for some warranty work. The car was in the shop for 11 days and the warranty company was only authorizing 4 days for the We took our 2014 Traverse in for some warranty work. The car was in the shop for 11 days and the warranty company was only authorizing 4 days for the work to be completed. On the 11th day I received a call from the service department stating my car fell off a lift. I went to look at it and took some pictures to show my husband. We ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealership because Jake Sweeney's general manager told me they would give us an additional $1000.00 rebate and a discount on the warranty. He told me to take it or leave it. If we totaled it on the street we wouldn't even get that. We didn't total it, they did. The car was in great shape and just needed a couple things done which was warranty work. I have the loss of the vehicle due to Jake Sweeney and then they will only sell me a car if they are profiting from it. I was the only one taking the loss and I wasn't involved in the incident. This did not seem like a fair offer or a good way of doing business. More
