I came here recently to lease a jeep. My husband bought his Ram here and insisted I go check it out. We were waited on right away. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and very inviting. Went in for noise when turning wheel fully. Service dept at first recommended rotors and struts ($1k), however when i explained again, they were willing to look at differential. It ended up being rear diffe at first recommended rotors and struts ($1k), however when i explained again, they were willing to look at differential. It ended up being rear differential. Noise is gone!! Not all dealerships would take the time to re-examine issue. Covered under warranty!! Can't ask for better than that! Always trust them with my vehicle...and value their service!! And they value mine as well!! 5 stars!! More

I had been looking for a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk for over a year and I found the one I wanted at Imperial in April. My salesman Shadi was very helpful and friendly. With CT DMV closed/open part time, it took quite a while to get a registration and Shadi was very patient with me and kept in touch until the plates came in. The financing process was smooth and professional thanks to Jeff. Overall, I had a great experience at Imperial, I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them! The dealership is unique with all kinds of memorabilia on display, nice stuff. More
