Mike Gunn patiently escorted me around the lot explaining my options for new and previously owned Jeep SUVs. He fully understood my need for affordability, reliability, and safety. Not even for one moment did I feel pressured or rushed due his kind and respectful manner. The price of my dream Jeep was my only concern, imagining high unnafordable monthly payments. He relieved my concern with a confident “ I believe we can make it work for you”. The respectful and courteous treatment continued as Jeff assisted me through the finance options. I quickly realized the payments were within my budget after the rebates and incentives were applied. Jeff told me my smile lit up the place once I realized I they “made it happen for me”! They listened as to why we had some credit issues (Husband had been sick) and made sure they relayed the information to the Lenders. They never made us feel like we were horrible because of our credit scores. Things happen in life you cannot plan on and I feel they heard us and went out of their way to help us. Jim even stopped and left me a loaner and picked up the car to have some work done to the rims. Outstanding customer service. I never felt pressured, just welcomed and they kept me up to date with loan application and delivery dates. More

They lose all their keys and waste people’s time So I was looking to buy a 392 daytona they had and they lost the keys to the vehicle and told me they could get keys in two days. Fast forward 2 months I brought my 80 year old grandfather there because he wanted a used ram 1500. They had two different rams that he was looking at. The first one they couldn’t find the keys and the second truck they couldn’t find the actual truck. It was a cold day and they had my grandfather walking around out there. All they do is waste my time when I go there. I will never give them any of my business. They got too big for their own good. More

First New Car: 2017 Jeep Renegade I went to Imperial after a recommendation from my father. I knew what I wanted and looked at the inventory at their dealership before my arrival. At first, I test drove a used 2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. It was a fantastic ride and I loved the accents and package. It was missing the My Sky detachable roof panels unfortunately and the mileage was a bit high. I spoke with Mark DeToma, and told him what I've been looking at regarding Renegades at other dealerships. He took a look and came back with a brand new 2017 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk that had all the features I was looking for and at a better price point than I was expecting. It didn't take long for me make up my mind. Buying a new car is definitely a big decision, but in this case it was the right one. I sat down with Jeff Viger, and negotiated my payment. He helped me get the payment within my budget range and the warranty is top notch! I've bought my fair share of used cars in the past. Mostly from shady dealerships and private sellers. So, when I decided to dive into a newer vehicle, I wasn't expecting the professionalism and helpfulness that Mark and Jeff both exuded. It was a great experience. I've been recommending this dealership to all my friends and family who are in the market for a new or used car. Imperial is great, and they know what they're doing. Make them your first stop. I wish I had came here first Because of where i live Imperial was the furthest point. So i had planned to visit them last if needed. But as soon as I walked in to Imperial i knew i was at the right place. The atmosphere was very relaxed and it had a homey feeling to it. They made Me, my wife and daughter feel at home at Imperial Chrysler. Easy to work with, very polite and they gave me a great deal on my Minivan. It was worth traveling 48 miles. More
