I enjoy helping people and making their vehicle buying experience easy with a no pressure approach. Although I have only been in the car business for a short time, I have been in public service all of my professional career. I am a retired Law Enforcement officer from the State of North Carolina where I served for 25 years helping people. When my family and I moved to Tennessee for my wife's career, I decided retirement was not as exciting as I thought it would be. My wife suggested maybe I should sell cars after having done so well selling our 4 cars and a camper prior to moving from North Carolina. I have always enjoyed helping and meeting new people so I decided I would try my hand at car sales. I learned to drive on my Grandfather's Toyota farm truck with over 300,000 miles and I have always loved Toyota from that point on. My Grandmother told me when I was a teenager, "if you enjoy what you do for a living, you will never work a day in your life". I continue to agree!

My wife and I came out to the dealership back in February 2023. Jeff went above and beyond to accommodate any questions that my wife and I had in the process on our way to eventually purchasing a RAV4 XLE Pr 2023. Jeff went above and beyond to accommodate any questions that my wife and I had in the process on our way to eventually purchasing a RAV4 XLE Premium. Jeff took the time to share tips, tricks, and the little good-to-know things that show he really cared about us and our needs which makes him 5-stars in my book not just a salesman but as an outstanding person. Ultimately, my wife and I were there to see cars and it's a business transaction but it felt more like I was meeting up with a friend that guided me through the process of considering different vehicles, styles, perks, etc. rather than being given any sort of standard sales pitch.
