Best Dealership ever seen We have had a wonderful experience (best ever with a dealership) in buying our new Ford Escape and in working out a service issue. 5 stars to Jeff Yo We have had a wonderful experience (best ever with a dealership) in buying our new Ford Escape and in working out a service issue. 5 stars to Jeff Young as our salesman. He worked a deal we couldn't refuse. 5 stars also to Colby Clarke in Service. He got our car in and out fast and completely ready. I love that they wash your car each time you're there. We live in South Carolina, spend a couple of months a year on Crescent Beach, and will be buying all our vehicles from Bozard from now on. More

Excellent, Friendly Experience Sales rep, Jeff Young, and Business Manager, Ovidio Cirtina, were both excellent. Both were friendly, willing to answer questions and not "pushy" or a Sales rep, Jeff Young, and Business Manager, Ovidio Cirtina, were both excellent. Both were friendly, willing to answer questions and not "pushy" or aggressive what-so-ever. I feel confident they looked out for my best interests and worked hard for my business. New car purchase Jeff assisted us in finding the right vehicle that met our needs. He was friendly, courteous, proactive, and worked hard all the way to when we drove Jeff assisted us in finding the right vehicle that met our needs. He was friendly, courteous, proactive, and worked hard all the way to when we drove away with the new car. He even set up my phone for the Bluetooth system. To top it off, he has a good sense of humor, which I find to be a very desirable trait in people. The dealership presented a comfortable atmosphere and everyone was professional and helpful, especially the sales manager and finance manager. More
