This was an absolute One of a Kind experience. My sales representative Dean was amazing it started with a call with me asking him if he had a specific Jeep in inventory he located it answered all My sales representative Dean was amazing it started with a call with me asking him if he had a specific Jeep in inventory he located it answered all of my questions about the Jeep while looking at it to make sure he didn't give me any inaccurate information. I was coming from a distance over 3 hours and I wanted to make sure that they didn't sell the Jeep while I was in route he guaranteed me that wouldn't happen and when we got there the jeep was pulled right up to the front waiting on us to take it for a test drive. The vehicle was clean smelled great Dean was super nice very attentive absolutely not pushing just matter of fact in any questions that we asked. They went out of their way to accommodate me, the purchasing process was very easy no stress at all the sales manager was also very accommodating and very nice no high pressure. I would recommend them wholeheartedly and of course give a big shout out to Dean. More

Just bought my 3rd bmw and the first from Ferman though all my cars are serviced by Ferman. This was the easiest and smoothest car buying process that I have gone through. My client advisor William Patti was exceptional, took his time, answered all the questions never pushy and very welcoming. Even let me drive the car home alone to show my wife and in itself was a relaxed test drive for me. In tge service dept. Ceasar is always on top of everything and never recommends unnecessary repairs. Can't say enough other than kudos and great team work. More
