I just got a 2016 Chevy Tahoe LT Luxury package. My salesman was James Gary or J.R. How he introduced himself. Working with him and Jeff the From Management, has been nothing but a pleasure. "Bad Experience.... Bought a new car and after picking it..."
Bad Experience.... Bought a new car and after picking it up it had a stain from bird droppings, I brought it back and they were able to compound it out. However a careless worker scratched the door frame. I spoke with General Manager Mr. Thomas Pasquazi and made arrangements to bring the car back to them. The option was to use touch up paint, I hoped it would work. The employee who worked on the car apparent used old paint which turned black in color on a gray car. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the General Manager and he agreed it was not acceptable and told me he would correct the mistake and order a new can of touch-up paint, he offered I keep the can afterwards which didn't happen. Once the paint arrived I returned to Hawthorne dealership again. It was a mission to speak with the right person to get the work started. It took longer then I was advised and when I went to pick up the car I found that the employee who worked on the car only touched up one of the four damaged areas and the one area he did paint was not compounded to make it look smooth. I attempted to reach General Manager Thomas Pasquazi but he was no where to be found. I had to leave for an appointment and left messages for Thomas Pasquazi to call me back. The next day and I'm still waiting to get this matter resolved, I've recieved no phone calls back from Hawthorne Chevrolet.
