Outstanding Customer Service I can't even explain how thankful I am with the staff at Brandon Honda. I bought two cars from them, I have never encountered individuals that actual I can't even explain how thankful I am with the staff at Brandon Honda. I bought two cars from them, I have never encountered individuals that actually care about the well being of their costumers as much as they do. I had a recent situation that occurred and I did not have enough money to repair my tire. They cared more about my well being then I did. They took care of my issue with no complaints. I appreciate them so much. They are amazing. People go threw tough times and they really saw I needed help. If you need to get a new car PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ask for ROBIN VARGHESE. He is amazing. Believe me I am a grumpy individual and I really don't go out of my way for anyone. I made a real friendship and relationship with many people at brandon Honda. Honest experience!!! Jennifer and the mechanic Jason were Very helpful and knowledgable helping me not only solve the problem but save me much more than i anticipated. Car is a lemon I bought a Honda Pilot in 2010 at Brandon honda with a so-called lifetime powertrain warranty. The car has had multiple problems including an entire e I bought a Honda Pilot in 2010 at Brandon honda with a so-called lifetime powertrain warranty. The car has had multiple problems including an entire engine tear down related to excessive oil consumption and misfire. Engine short block replacement was recommended. Instead, service department would only replace piston rings. After the engine was supposedly repaired, the car continued to burn up to 3 quarts of oil in a month. Service department refused to replace the short block despite inadequate repair of the engine and a lifetime powertrain warranty. Be warned, do not buy a Honda from this dealer. They do not care about the customer or problems related to faulty parts. More

Friendly and welcoming experience. i really enjoyed my visit to Brandon Honda. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The facility was amazing with a cafe and children's area. My i really enjoyed my visit to Brandon Honda. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The facility was amazing with a cafe and children's area. My service advisor, Jenn was very kind and informative on the maintenance my vehicle needed. I decided to take the courtesy van back to work. Henry was the driver and was so friendly. I'm thankful for my great experience and will defiantly be back to Brandon Honda. More
