Overall we were very satisfied with their service. Jamie was outstanding. We have owned a Lexus since 2011 and love the Lexus brand. The one thing that disappointed me was their approach to recognizing Veterans. If a veteran purchases a new vehicle they can receive up to $2000 in rebates/discounts. I thought this was great, but apparently their appreciation for our service only applies if you purchase a new vehicle. Purchase a used vehicle and other than a thank you for your service Veterans get no appreciation at all. More

I felt pressure in price negotiations. I felt I should have gotten $5,000 more for my trade. The salesman kept delivering a car that was not clean to my standards, the standard was the condition of the car I traded. I was not the center of his focus. Often he could not be found. The garage doors were programed by the tech and when we got home none of the buttons worked. I wanted a different car, but I was told no telling if my choice would ever be available. The interior also was not my choice It was just not a comfortable situation. Having purchased 2 cars from Wild, I thought I should have been given better service. I do not see the salesperson listed below More
