After agreeing on a very fair price, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes to sign the papers. As I have said before, the price on the new car was very fiar, but agreeing to a price on a brand new car was quite lengthy. More

Bought a 4 door jeep wrangler unlimited. Great car, had recall, took it in and they gave me a commander to drive. Bought it and love it. My husband and I just purchased our third vehicle from Hebert's Town and Country. The first two were used, but the last one was a 2010 Dodge 3500. Jere Merritt was our first salesman--by chance. He really listens to what we want. He answers all of our questions, but isn't pushy. He is very friendly and professional. Everyone else at Hebert's has also been friendly, helpful and curtious. Before we got aquainted with Jere and Hebert's we tried to deal with Landers Dodge when they were in Shreveport, but were not happy with the sales person or the sales manager. As a result, we bought a truck in Texas. As of today, we still own both used cars and have been quite happy with them. I don't think you can do better than Hebert's and/or Jere M.
